Welcome to Elia Making Memories, your trusted Auckland Newborn photographer, where every session is thoughtfully designed to capture the beauty of your growing family. Your newborn photography session takes place in my warm and welcoming Avondale studio in Auckland, designed to be calm, safe, and relaxing for both baby and parents. Each package includes natural, timeless newborn portraits, as well as family and sibling photos, so you can capture these early memories together. You’ll enjoy full access to my carefully curated luxury client wardrobe for both mothers and newborns, along with expert styling guidance for your partner & kids to ensure you all feel confident and radiant in front of the camera. We will begin with a pre-session consultation to design a personalized experience that reflects your unique story and finish the experience with beautiful newborn portraits for you to take home.

A $300 booking fee(deducted from full price) must be paid to secure your spot, your Digital package and/or Artwork are selected at your gallery viewing 7 days after the session. For an in-home newborn session, there is an additional $200 fee

We are super happy with the work that Eva did for us.
As a new mom of a pre-term baby, my priorities were very different to any new moms out there.
I waited until our baby was 14 weeks to do her newborn session.
I dreamed about having these types of pictures before the birth of our baby, but after +40 days in NICU and SCBU, having this session took a new meaning FOR US.
Eva took her time to capture as many photographs as possible.
And yes, the price is high! But the service and the quality are unique.
As an amateur photographer, I was able to appreciate the work and the time that Eva took in our session.
As a final note, I would like to thank Eva for allowing my mom to come to our session and for doing the prints and editing a quickly as she did.

Eva is such an amazing and lovely photographer, so professional! Since our baby is a premature, she make sure she handle and look after him with utmost love and care. We love all the photos that its very hard to choose and ended up buying it all. Photos are all amazing, she capture all the perfect moments of our little man. I was especially impressed on how she handled my newborn and connected with my 4 year old. I cannot recommend the services of the lovely Eva from Elia Making Memories enough. I reached out to her when my little bundle of joy had just turned three weeks old and I had not felt confident enough to leave the house yet. I so desperately wanted to capture this beautiful and short moment of my baby’s life. She responded to me quickly and set up a phone call where her warm and friendly disposition instantly put me at ease and before I know it we were all booked in for her to come to my home to capture all the beautiful portraits she could! She sent clear and detailed instructions of what to do to prepare and brought along two beautiful gowns for me to wear during the shoot as well as all the props and outfits for my baby to wear too. She was so friendly, warm and confident. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. It was easy to trust her with my precious boy and let her work her magic. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Eva / Elia Making Memories. To be honest, I messaged a loshe a of website for Newborn Photogra Session and Eva was the only one replied to me, and on that same day. My baby and I were still at the hospital when I sent her my inquiry. I really appreciate her genuine intention to help and answered all my inqueries. The next day, I remember that I wasn’t able to catch up with her because we were still at the hospital that time and was discharged 3 days after my delivery. I had the opportunity to catch up with her again when we got discharge from the hospital, thankfully she still replied. WE WERE SO GRATEFUL that we choose her for my first born Joseph Benjamin for his Newborn Photography Session. It was indeed the best and amazing experience. She’s so kind and gave us warm welcome on her place / studio, and made us feel at home and comfortbale. She’s so good with babies, JB did not even bother all the posing or not even felt tired during the whole session, he did great because he was handled well and gently by Eva. I highly recommend getting your photos done with eliamakingmemories, she is very confident and professional. I had to see how she works her magic 😊. She is very welcoming and embraces with open arms. The atmosphere is very calming it made me want to curl up on the couch and sleep 😂.
Very easy to talk to, the studio is warm before you arrive, and snacks are ready for her clients. Tea and drinks. Communication is on point.
