Hi, I’m Eva. Auckland Motherhood & Family photographer based in Avondale
I'm a few months shy of 30 years old, and I will be the most bubbly person you have met in months. I love laughing out loud because I believe that a good smile is a food for the soul, I love travelling around New Zealand in my little van and I am a hugger! (What is the better way to meet the person than with a hug?!)
Someone once told me, that photography is my calling because I can capture people's souls, and not their physical appearance, and I always love this thought about my photography journey. And this is exactly what I can give you. An experience, resulting in beautiful Maternity, Newborn or Family portraits. I want you to feel empowered, beautiful and your true self. I want to capture your journey to motherhood, your first family moments together, and all the little milestones you will reach with your little or not-so-little family. I will work closely with you and your family, to capture the moments that are truly special and unique to you.

MY JOURNEY
Born and Raised in Slovenia. Country in the middle of Europe, surrounded by mountains, forests, rivers and a little bit of Adriatic sea. I moved to New Zealand in 2020, with my partner Primoz and I am happy to call it home. I love meeting new people, trying out new receipts in the kitchen, and traveling around the beautiful Aotearoa in my free time.
MY PROFFESIONAL BACKGROUND
For most of my adult life, I worked in the printing industry. From Administration, Graphic design, Printing & Print finishing but I found my heart in photography. I finished high school as a Media technic, which gave me basic knowledge about working with the camera, but I am proud to say that I am mostly self-thought. It took me years of passion, education, hard work & trial, and error to be the photographer I am today.
MEET MY PARTNER
I meet Primoz back in 2013 on Facebook and I instantly knew he is the love of my life. He is the most amazing, supportive partner I could ever imagine and I love him deeply.
Primoz is a Software developer, and he also made this amazing website for me. Thanks love! Completly the opposite of me, he is an introvert, and If you message him, don't expect to hear from him for a while, hehe. He loves working with computers, and everything IT connected.
